About BonaVista

Established in 1994, BonaVista Asset Management Ltd. In November 2010, Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management Ltd. amalgamated with RBC Asset Management Inc. to form RBC Global Asset Management Inc. (RBC GAM). BonaVista remains a separate company and is a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada.
